When kids make a difference in buying real estate

I met this nice couple from Switzerland last year meanwhile showing them a luxury property in Escazu.  They seemed to very clear about their objective of finding a nice location where to live in Costa Rica because after living in Switzerland for many years they decided to try the tropics.  The kids were lovely, she was at that time about 7 years and he was about 5.   These kids spoke English, French and Spanish, had traveled the world extensively and were anxious to find their new home and get finally settled. After our first meeting showing them property in the Central Valley, they sent me a nice email saying that “a fter a lot of thinking, we have come to the conclusion that, although we liked the property very much, it doesn't fit our needs perfectly and that we will continue our search.  We hope you will have understanding for this decision.  We wish you all the very best and lots of success.”  Ummm!  This is a goodbye with nice words I ...
