Why professional photography makes a difference in selling luxury real estate

When selling a luxury home, the obvious thing to do is to hire a professional to shoot quality photos of that home.  Most home owners don´t realize that more than 90% of property searches begin in the internet.  For this reason, professional photography is not considered a luxury anymore.  It is one of the most important aspects to consider when marketing luxury real estate.
