Canadian buyers buying property in Costa Rica

More Canadians are coming to buy property in Costa Rica. They are looking to get away from the cold during the Winter time and want to experience the tropics in a country that offers them social and political stability. Low cost of labor, low property taxes, better chance to buy property with larger discounts, are among the main reasons for wanting to establish a second home in Costa Rica.
