New highway to the Pacific Coast - San Jose - Caldera

After 30 years of waiting we finally drive on a beautiful highway to the Pacific Coast. The drive from Santa Ana to Orotina takes only 30 minutes at regular speed! Remember when you had to go through Cerros del Aguacate praying that your car would not end up at the bottom of a 500 meters cliff! Those days are gone. From Santa Ana to the Caldera Port it only takes 45 minutes. The drive to Jaco Beach, Esterillos, Bejuco Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manuel Antonio and Dominical is now shortened in one hour from what used to be driving through Aguacate Mountains. The Central Pacific Coast is already experiencing an increase in demand for property in the area.
