In the high end market of Costa Rica, it is a trend, buyers are looking for the product that best fits their needs, they want to find exactly what they are looking for, rather  than concentrating their search in a specific location. Many home owners still find it difficult to pay attention to the importance of high quality photography and video presentations for selling their luxury homes in Costa Rica.  And when it comes to aerial videos, the challenge gets even more difficult, because they always think about the risks and the cost.  They normally think the cost is extremely high and consider it a dangerous task.  They also think it is a luxury, not a mandatory tool for marketing their property.  The facts are that the risk is not a matter anymore, considering no one has to jump into a helicopter or a plane to get those photos.   The costs also have become extremely lower with the use of high end technology that was not available before, and more importantly, aerial video and aerial photography is not a luxury in the marketing of luxury homes, in today´s market it is a must have.   Read more...
